Who we are

This website, 2moremilestravel.com, is operated by 2 More Miles Travel, a cruise planning business owned by Peter Szpakowski and based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area of Texas. In this policy, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to 2 More Miles Travel.

Information you give us

Cruise inquiry form. When you submit the Plan My Cruise form, we collect the information you choose to provide: your name, email address, phone number (optional), preferred contact method, cruise destinations or interests, preferred cruise line, approximate travel dates and flexibility, number of adults and children, children’s ages (optional), approximate total trip budget (optional), departure port preference (optional) and any additional details you type in.

The form does not ask for payment information, passport numbers or other travel documents. Please don’t include them in your message.

Newsletter signup. If you subscribe to our email newsletter, your email address, first name (optional) and travel interest (optional) are sent directly to Mailchimp, the email service we use. See “Service providers” below.

How we use your information

• To respond to your inquiry and contact you by your preferred method
• To research and share cruise options that match your request
• To send the newsletter if you subscribed (you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email)
• To keep basic records of our conversations and to protect the website from spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal information. If you decide to book a cruise, we share only the details needed to make that booking, and only with your permission.

How your information is stored

Inquiry form submissions are emailed to 2 More Miles Travel and saved in this website’s secure administration area, which only the site administrator can access. The website is hosted by Hostinger. We keep inquiry information only as long as we need it to respond to you, plan your trip and keep reasonable business records, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies

This website does not currently use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. WordPress sets cookies only for people who log in to manage the site. During the website’s pre-launch period, a temporary cookie may be used to allow private previews.

The website uses a caching service (LiteSpeed Cache) to load pages faster. It does not use cookies to track visitors.

Service providers

• Hostinger: website hosting
• Google Workspace: business email, where inquiry notifications are delivered
• Mailchimp (Intuit): newsletter signup and email delivery. Mailchimp’s handling of your data is described in the Intuit Privacy Statement (opens in a new tab).

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults planning travel. We don’t knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. Parents and guardians may share the number and ages of children traveling with them when they request cruise planning help.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information you’ve shared with us by contacting us using the details below. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page shows when it was last changed.
